After over two decades of being a head coach, I was in need of  a process to rethink, reconsider, and re-energize my coaching. Initially, I was skeptical about working with an Executive Coach, but after going through the WYNin6 Curriculum with Anacapa, I’ve realized that there is no way I could’ve done this work on my own. The process was engaging, thought provoking, caring, energizing and transformative. I don’t say this lightly, but going through this process has changed me as a person and clarified my vision for my program.
