COACHING EXPERIENCE

WILLIAMS COLLEGE
Head Coach of Women’s Soccer, 2002–2020

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the women’s soccer program, including recruiting, hiring, training and supervising two assistant coaches, identifying and recruiting six to nine qualified prospective student-athletes each year, serving as academic advisor, athletic and personal mentor for my student-athletes, establishing and nurturing relationships with trustees, administrators, faculty, alumni and parents.

• NCAA National Team Champions in 2015, 2017 & 2018; runner-up in 2014
• National Coach of the Year in 2017
• Listing of regional and conference honors and awards ( team and personal) available upon request
• Awarded the Nelson Bushnell '20 Prize in 2019 recognizing excellence in teaching and writing: an award presented annually at Commencement exercises to select faculty members. The first coach in Williams College history to be so honored.
